Główny pracaing zasadnicze
The Jaw crusher structure includes Fabricated Body、Swing Jaw、Eccentric Shaft、Jaw Plates、Toggle mechanism etc parts. The electromotor drives eccentric shaft through triangle strap, to make the swing jaw moves in adjusted locus, thereby the materials in the crushing cavity are crushed.
The fabricated body is electricity welded by steel plates, the fixed jaw plates tightened by bolts are fixed in the front of steel housing, which assist in impacting the plates. The side plates are fixed in the steel housing side-wall which in the right-and-left of the crushing cavity, for preventing the wearing and tearing of the steel housing side-wall.
The swing jaw is a cast steel moulding, its face fixes swing jaw plates, top hang on the housing by eccentric shafts and roller bearings, its infrastructure is supported by toggle mechanism and it is scroll touching with the toggle mechanism. Fly wheels and Strap wheels with grooves are fixed in the two sides of the eccentric steel shafts. The steel housing is welded into the machine seat, electric motor sliding-track is fixed in the machine seat with bolts and a outlet drawer is fisted in the outlet, but it can expel products downwards directly without outlet drawer.
Toggle mechanism is connected with supporting bolts byφ9mm pins when the materials in the crushing cavity can not be crushed and the loads are increased suddenly, viz. The pin parts itself rapidly to protect other works from being destroyed. In the end of supporting bolt, there’s a hand wheel, it is used to adjust the outlet width size. The adjusting process is that remove the setscrew first, then circumgyrate the hand wheel, after adjusting, tighten the setscrew again, the connection between pothook and spring at the down most of the swing jaw make the toggle mechanism and swing jaw not to work outside, and they are adjusted by nuts.

Maszyna jest dostarczana użytkownikom po złożeniu w całości przez naszą fabrykę produkcji, sprawdź ją po otrzymaniu, aby wyeliminować możliwe usterki podczas transportu.
1. Dostaw do dużych wibracji działających, dlatego sugerujemy zamontować kruszarki szczęki na betonowych fundamentach, aby zmniejszyć wibracje i dźwięki, lepiej podłącz świątynie z twardego drewna, gumowe paski lub inne amortyzowanie - Materiały wibracyjne między kruszarkami i betonowymi fundamentami.
2. Waga fundamentu wynosi około 5 - 10 razy masy maszyny, głębokość fundamentu jest głębsza niż głębokość zamrażania ziemi tego miejsca. Z uwzględnieniem instalacji maszyny i lokalizacji śrub Terra Feet.
3. Przed regulacją rozmiaru szerokości wylotowej należy najpierw poluzować sprężynę napiętą. A po dostosowaniu odpowiednio dostosuj stopień sprężyny, aby zapobiec działaniu mechanizmu przełączania na zewnątrz.
