Notice For Use:
1.The machine has no special installation requirements, just adjust the four feet under the body to the fuselage stable.

2.Before starting the machine, the material bowl (9) must be installed and pressed tightly, otherwise it will cause damage to the movement and affect the work.
3.The material sample (10) is loaded into the Material bowl(9) into the positioning ring (13), the press claw (3) is moved to the center of the material bowl (9), and the handle (2) is transferred to the limit of the anti-loosening pull pin (4).
4.After the pressing work is completed, press the button when it is set, and the sample grinding work begins.
5.When the movement is stopped at the predetermined time, pull the anti-loosening pull pin (4) apart, and the press claw (3) can remove the material bowl (9) and material sample (10) by shifting the direction.
6.If there is a failure of the material bowl (9 loose dust overflow, you can rotate the pressure regulating wire sleeve (5) to increase the pressure to eliminate.
7.The high moisture content of the sample will adhere to the material bowl (9). The more dry the sample should be dried, the better the crushing effect.
8.If it is necessary to crush samples smaller than 200 mesh, the crushing time can be extended as appropriate or the solvent such as 95% or more alcohol can be added to the material sample for mixed crushing.
9.The material sample should be put in the striking block (12), the striking ring (11), the material bowl(9) between, can not be placed above, so as to avoid hard death can not be crushed.
10.The machine body should be connected with a reliable ground wire.
